Accommodation Rates and Discounts Policies:

The room standard rates are from USD 140 to USD 195 (a suite) per night + State of MA room tax.

Make your reservation over our website and get Our Special Reduced Rates from USD 109 to USD 165. + State of MA room tax.

The Lawrence Academy and Groton School or any of Groton's special facilities visitors receive our Super Rates from $95 to $150 + State of MA room tax.

Check in: after 2:00 P.M. Check out: before 11:00 A.M.

Continental breakfast: Included.

Deposit: USD 30 per room/night required upon booking.

Cancelation: at least 72 hours prior arrival in order to receive your deposit back. A full room charges will apply if you leave earlier than originally booked, or if you don't cancel and don't show up.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

The Rooms Description and Amenities:

15 rooms and 2 suites.

All rooms are with private bathroom, AC,  Hair Dryer, TV set (local cable with + 25 channels including CNN, ABC etc.), Telephone and AM/FM alarm clock radio.

Most of the room bed frames are the hand hewed pine canopy beds handcrafted by George himself.

The rooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 are with the Main Street view. All other rooms are in the back of the facility overlooking the surrounding forest.

Swimming Pool: Is in the back of the facility with a full view of the Gibbet Hill. Open from June 15 to September 5. Complementary to all guest. Please be considerate and obey posted pool regulations.

Smoking: No smoking within facility. There would be an additional, $25 cleaning charge if you were smoking in your room.
